Dr. Bertrand Jacquot

Dr. Bertrand Jacquot received his PhD in nuclear physics from the University of Caen (France).

 

He subsequently joined the GANIL laboratory, also in Caen, where he has worked on several aspects of beam optics on the different accelerators of the complex: 5 research cyclotrons, numerous magnetic spectrometers and recently, the new superconducting linac SPIRAL2.

 

He has been teaching the art and science of cyclotrons at JUAS since 2017.
